In Re: Request for Early Consideration of a Request for Declaratory Decision by Bishop Lito C. Tangonan

The Judicial Council is in receipt of a request for early consideration of a request for a declaratory decision filed by Bishop Lito C. Tangonan. Because the request was filed after the deadline for the Fall 2011 session, the request for early consideration is denied. The cause is hereby docketed for consideration at the Spring 2012 session. Ruben T. Reyes recused himself and did not participate in the deliberation.
